Either this or that: choice questions and natural replies
The word or is almost never stressed — morning-or-evening arrives as one blurred chunk. Practice splitting the two options apart, and listen for replies that dodge the choice entirely (Neither, Actually, Let's wait): TOEIC loves the third option.
